I have been going to see Jessica a couple times a month for a couple months now, and to say the…read moreleast, she has changed my life. Before I saw Jessica, I had been using medications to deal with my depression and anxiety for about two and half years. I tried to ween myself off of the meds a couple times, because I never WANTED to be on them, but those efforts were all very short lived. Within a few days, I was desperately jumping back on the meds to help me calm down and think clearly. The day of my first session with Jessica I thought to myself, "ok, let's try this again," and I stopped taking my meds, cold-turkey (not a recommendation). My sessions with Jessica have completely replaced my need for medications. I had been told there was a CHANCE that Theta healing MIGHT relieve some or all of my need for meds, and it definitely has. Jessica has opened my eyes to a whole new way of living, and I can't thank her enough. She is compassionate, funny, intuitive, patient, and so much more. I suffered a period between sessions where I was struggling pretty badly. I felt ambushed from all directions by stress in my personal life as well as at work, and my anxiety had come back ten-fold. I was frantic, like I was spiraling out of control, and thought for sure I would be going back on my meds. I couldn't handle the way I was feeling. I scheduled a session with Jessica, told her what was going on, and in just one session's time, she had me back feeling grounded, in control, optimistic, and confident. I showed up to that session like I was being pulled in a million different directions; like a wave had crashed on top of me and I couldn't decide up from down. Jessica's intuition had told her I was struggling. She already knew I had considered going back on meds. She doesn't claim to be a replacement for medications, or make any kind of medical recommendations, but she believes in what she does, and that belief is contagious. She has me believing, that's for sure. I've gone out and bought the black tourmaline crystals she recommended, an oil diffuser for the essential oils she recommended, I even went and got my first massage.
