They let you explore and ask questions without following you around the store like they are afraid you'll break something. They even had a basket of the instruments in what I would call the kids area you could play around with so you could see how they worked.

There's an assortment of miscellaneous gear and instruments. The staff is friendly and easy going and encouraged me to play everything in the store (albeit I would tune all the guitars along the way). The front of the store is actually a separate store, filled with pop culture ephemera, vinyl, DVDs (impressive pile), CDs, artifacts, and what-nots. While I shopped guitars my compañeros found and came away with stacks of records, movies, and a set of candelabras. Glad to know these guys are here and hope they stick around for a while.

It's not a general music store but if you're a guitar player, you're in luck. They also have other string instruments, but the guitar selection is dreamy. Other stringed instrument supplies are available, too. There are a few keyboards (B3+Leslie, as an example), violins, banjos, ukes, etc. Serious stringed instrument players will enjoy the selection. Not cheap, but quality never is.

It was very frustrating. 2) They list shipping times that may not be correct. I went to this site because I thought it would be faster than other commercial sites, but I was wrong. They listed the shipping time to be no longer than 10 days, but did not mention that this meant 10 days after they have the product stocked. I found this out too late and am now forced to give someone their xmas present much after christmas day and into the next year even. I would honestly suggest, with no ill intent, that until the company fixes their website thoroughly, you should probably go with Amazon or eBay.
