Was told they had located the one we ordered and it would be there the next week. My husband took old one out, went to pick up new one and still didn't have it. If they had just told us upfront it would be weeks later before we got the dishwasher and given us the opportunity to order something different that would be one thing but we felt like they were either dishonest or don't know what the heck is going on.
