Not a single thing went right during the ceremony after 2 years of planning. The team was not prepared and I ended up having to direct our guests and fix things. When we exchanged feedback, Instead of taking accountability, I was blamed for not filling out a single form despite being "the most organized bride to work with". Heather may have the experience but her team fell short. I don't look back on my wedding day with fond memories. It keeps me up at night!
