I found a lovely candle in the clearance portion near the back for just a couple dollars, and also got one of the s'more character ornaments - that was a great find as my mom collects them but I haven't seen them in years. Even though they were actively changing out the fall display for the winter display, the lady working the register still took the time to show me great deals & to make suggestions based on the other things I had collected in my hands, so the attention from the staff was great too! It did feel a little crowded when I was in there, but I'm thinking that's mostly because of the change of displays. This place is definitely on my list to revisit the next time I'm in downtown Dunedin!

I had a battery replaced here about 2 yrs ago when my parents were in town. Welp...my dad used his phone number for the registration on the battery. I told the Manager there the situation that I was currently going through, verified my Dad's old phone number and boom, replaced the battery without even asking anything else. I asked if I had to do any paperwork, etc and he said "Nope! You're good I'll take care of the rest, have a great day." Any other store would have given the warranty run-around and I am certain I would have had to pay for a new battery even this one technically was still under warranty. I've been here several times over the years for random Auto-Parts needs and everyone at this location is great. Thanks O'Reilly!

The woman working was kind with her greeting and easily available as I browsed, but sadly this just doesn't seem like it was the shop for my tastes.

UPDATED: Im SOOO done with this HORRIBLE pharmacy! Ive been tolerating the horrible pharmacy…read moreemployees that clearly all hate their jobs, the stupid LUNCH closing where every single employee goes to lunch and the pharmacy closes, and it takes them forever to find your medication as they slowly walk about looking completely lost and zombie-like. Today was the final straw. I know better than to go when Im in a hurry but I had no choice because Im leaving out of town. So I wait my turn while the only zombie employee at the register SLOWLY walks two old people through their very long process, literally 10 long minutes. Finally.... it's my turn! As I walk to his register another employee walks up and calls the next person behind me. Im standing at this zombie's register as he is keying in something on his register, not acknowledging me at all, when he finally says to me as he finishes keying in his task, then literally walks away and mumbles "Im out of here!" So here Ive waited my turn, Ive gone up to his register waiting as he is keying in his task,, and instead of telling me before I walked over or even as I approached, he waited until I was standing there, until after I assume he clocked out, and then tells me. Unnecessary and extremely rude "gotcha moment," for whatever was his reasoning. Of course then I had to wait while the other cashier finished with the customer that was behind me until I could be helped. As I left the store, he was standing at the front register. So I went up to him and told him he was rude for doing that. He yells "Well I didnt call you to my register!" like Im supposed to know to stand at the line like an obedient puppy waiting to be called by the master, lol. Are there posted instructions directing paying customers to wait until theyre called somewhere, because I missed that memo. Im done with this horrible pharmacy and the crappy rude zombies who work there. Already transferred my monthly prescriptions, Im done! BOOOOOOOOO!!! alll the pharmacy employees take lunch at the same exact time and shut the pharmacy down. It's an unusual business practice, inconvenient to customers who dont know (because it's unusual), and then when it is 2pm and supposed to be open.....the employees come straggling in one at a time after 2:03. 2:04, 2:05....whenever they feel good and ready I guess. No apology to the 15 customers waiting for them to open back up just a grumbling "are you picking up." I go here because the location and because the front register people are always so helpful and friendly. The pharmacy needs an overhaul. Also clean your floors, they're really gross.

I happened upon this page of Upscale Resale when I was cleaning out my old files and found the…read more"insufficent funds" check they wrote me from 2014. I was so mad I ripped it up back then. Surprise, surprise when what do I see on their reviews? Continued bad behavior of Janice Williams and Linda Harris for their failure to pay other people who have consigned their items at Upscale Resale! CONSIGNER BEWARE! READ OTHER REVIEWS. THEY WILL NOT PAY YOU FOR YOUR ITEMS. These women took my items, and my girlfriend's, damaged them, not returning some upon ending our consignment and then didn't want to pay. We had to fight tooth and nail to finally get payment and upon trying to cash their check it came back as "insufficent funds," and I had to go after them for payment again. If you read all the reviews on Yelp, Google, etc., to this day, 5 years later, they continue to not pay their consigners, damage their items, etc., so this is why I did post this review at this point. It just had to be said. Facts are facts with reviews and nobody, not even Janice trying to deny it, can change the fact that all the consigners' reviews state that she keeps your money. Unfair business practices completely. Additionally, I asked if I should deliver my things but as they hadn't even opened their doors yet, and they were moving things around for setting the store up, they said they would arrange the pickup for my items and take care of it themselves. More for their convenience than mine. When I went to pick up my items (missing items, damaged items) they had nothing but excuses, said they'd send a check. When I got the NSF check I saw they then decided to charge me for picking up my items, which I never agreed to. These women are nothing but manipulators and will say anything to gain your trust by lying through their teeth. They may have our nice items that people are buying and liking in reviews (which is the only positive reviews you'll see), but the owners of those items still continue to be unpaid. I'm so glad I kept this insufficient check from them in 2014 in a file to provide as a warning to others that it's still happening. Continued bad behavior to these women who own Upscale Resale! There's nothing upscale about not paying us for OUR merchandise they're selling to their customers!
