A couple weeks later I received beautiful flowers from my husband from Flowers by Catherine. He just called them and told her how much he wanted to spend and some colors and they did the rest. They were perfect. I have since received 2 more deliveries. The flowers last so long. At least 2.5 weeks, some a bit longer even, if you take care of the water. She wanted me to go with what she thought would be best for me. Kept arguing with me. Finally found a style I was okay with. Then I paid for my glasses and left. Got a call 3 weeks later, she ordered the wrong color of sunglasses. Another 3 week wait! Got the call they were in, was checked for fit and I asked the gal if I owed anymore. She said nope, I was paid in full. Four weeks later I get a bill for $18 plus some odd cents. A charge (refraction) that she said my insurance doesn't pay for totally so I had to pay the balance. My last eye doctor accepted what insurance paid and charged off the difference. Not these people! Never again will I go back to them despite the shorter drive. I'll go back to my first eye doctor even if it is a longer drive. Note: They say in their reply that they gave me a free pair of sunglasses. That's because the gal told me the ones they ordered were wrong and would be thrown away. Like I said, they messed up, so nothing free. I still paid full price and the extra free pair I ended up throwing away because they were an ugly brown.

Once you cut down your tree they put it in a shaker to remove any dead needles and then wrap it up in twine for transport on your vehicle. They also provide twine for you to secure the tree to your car. Only note of concern: They have a very steep drive in that is somewhere close to a 1/4 mile long. If snowy or muddy it can prove to be a difficult drive.
