On 6/12/25 I noticed that one of the small stones was missing so I took back to the store along with my receipt showing what I paid for them to re-tip it. They sent it back to the repair place and I was surprised when they called to say my ring was done and I needed to pay $59.00. The note on receipt says guest brought the ring in Feb and had all the tips done. Looks like one wasn't done well probably due to tight spaces but looks like the diamond came out because of that. WHAT!!! It's not about the $59 it's about the principle that it had only been 90 days and you told me you were splitting the cost with me. Not a great experience and I will not take anything there again for repair.
