The Earlybird option is really good. You save 1/3 on most menu items if you get there before 6pm Monday-Satuday. Which makes it a great place to take the family, just make sure you arrive at around 5pm! Just incase it gets busy. The building itself is really nice, like a converted home, it has a really cosy feel to the place. More recently they have altered the menu and added some new items which may be of interest. With this menu change has come a portion size change. Last time I visited the portion sizes had got slightly smaller. The service is very good and the staff are really happy and polite.

Let's face it, this is a special occasion place for most people (we rarely got out for under £150 for two), so I'd prefer to feel like I was in my own little space rather than alongside the other punters. Along those lines, The Dining Room suffers from the same problem Reigate itself does--a lot of people with new money (or more money than manners) who like to show it off, often in a loud and (once, anyway) obnoxious way. I've found that each time there was at least one table for whom the night was obviously just another meal, so were taking the opportunity to be loud and showy, ruining the atmosphere for those looking for a nice, intimate dinner.

They offer a choice from different daily lunch and evening set menus or al carte.
