I chose the latter, as time was of the essence, and was again surprised when she texted me a photo of the lovely arrangement she had put together, and a note that she had already delivered the flowers! Then I met her in person, and our design meeting was probably the most fun meeting I've had planning our wedding. Shelly actually designed florals for both my rehearsal dinner and wedding, and both designs were so unique and different! We had so many plans for beautiful, summery florals before our June wedding got postponed due to COVID. Despite our new wedding date being in December, Shelly made sure we had the original flowers we had planned for and literally had them FLOWN IN from South America! Our wedding guests were in awe asking how we had managed to get these florals in December. But that's Shelly for you. She went above and beyond for us to have the wedding we had originally envisioned. Overall our wedding weekend was extremely beautiful, and that is in a large part due to Shelly's creative and gorgeous designs. She really took my vision and turned it into a reality, the highlight of which was our jaw-dropping chuppah for our Jewish ceremony, which was later re-purposed for our reception (design and functionality = my favorite combination!). By far the worst customer service I have EVER encountered. My arrangement was extremely poor…read morequality and when I contacted the company "Shauna" was extremely rude. She never once apologized, stated it was not her fault that she received the flowers closed and not opened. As a florist company, if you receive flowers that are in poor condition you don't make the arrangement anyway in hopes the customer won't notice, you get new or you reach out the customer! This florist doesn't do that! They don't take ownership of their arrangements and then won't refund you when you're devastated. Worst thing was, this was for my grandmothers funeral! If I could give them a negative number I would! I referenced the arrangement below so it was visually seen.
