They are setup like more of a concierge service. Dr. Walker is "highly respectful and appreciative" of military Veterans and our service to our country. His "respectful; professionally conducted exam and line of questioning" was extremely thorough; so thorough that he found and identified issues that were unknown to me which resulted in my "Veterans Administration percentage rating" being increased to the "highest rating possible for my particular issue" and the (exactly one week later) receipt thereof of the increased VA compensation. - Dr. Walker is "one of the best."

Crystal and her demeanor are a perfect example of why many people are afraid to ask important questions about their health, bc they're worried they're going to be met with misplaced condescension. Well, clearly, Crystal, not "everything" was explained if there was a follow-up question, but the obvious assumption and underhanded implication in your statement is that you and your team cannot possibly have any blind spots, and that- because you don't have any blind spots- anyone who asks you a question must clearly be stupid. Crystal- you are in the healthcare space, but you don't belong in it as long as you treat patients with that demeanor. Do better. That attitude is in very poor taste. Do you treat patients the way you want your most loved ones to be treated? Please ask yourself this next time someone is reaching out to you for help. It is a nasty thing to be in a position to help someone experiencing vulnerability, and to use that opportunity to be rude and condescending.

Dr. Cheryl Reeder was compassionate, patient she showed empathy to my son's symptoms. We did have to wait a bit for our X-Ray but I understand the high demand. I'm just grateful that an X-Ray was considered for his symptoms. The X-Ray tech Frances was able to do the exam promptly as soon as we got to her room. I'm so glad I chose to come to this urgent care. Thank you Doctor and staff!

I wouldn't pick anyone in this practice, just because of the front office mess. (and when you can't find good help, it says a lot about the way the drs treat the staff....)

I was seen by a PA-C (physician's assistant certified) and they took care of me. Very pleased. Sara at the front desk was very nice, Ryan the PA-C was very helpful. Thank you to them. They followed up with me after also. So that was nice. Very nice facility, clean, new, modern, well-kept, orderly, pleasant. Very spacious and with nice new equipment and apparatus. The parking lot has a few speed-bumps that you have to navigate because you have to drive past the dialysis place next door and the entrance to the urgentcare is in the back part of the lot/property.
