I paid my insurance up front for the whole year, for many years.... I had a little fender bender and my granddaughter is under mine and she did also. They canceled my insurance and when I tried to talk to them, I have never seen anyone not interested in talking to me or did not show any concerns what so ever. I could not honestly get over it. I mean I knew my insurance would go up but they simply did not care to even listen to me. On to a different company that cares....

In 2025, I had a decent experience with Mark. Thanks to his wife coming over to clear up some…read moremulti-state issues on my return, I didn't have a problem. I rebooked in March 2026 with Mark for a 4:30 appointment. After sitting in the lobby until after 5:30 with no apology or assurance that I would be seen anytime soon, I called his phone number from the waiting area. Voice mail. My wife and i left without anyone acknowledging us. An hour and a half after leaving the voice mail, still no return call/apology/acknowledgement of our wasted time and no offer to reschedule. Sad that appointments mean nothing, nor does professional courtesy. Someone could have at the very least told us that they were sorry for wasting our time. Come to think of it, I was 45 minutes late getting called into his cubicle last year also. Looking for another tax prep person.
