Doing business with Wittock was very very bad experience…read more Horrible Company. Very dishonest! By way of explanation, we were doing an extensive renovation. Unfortunately, we chose & purchased all of our plumbing fixtures at once at Wittock's fancy showroom, not knowing how untrustworthy Wittock is. All 5 Delta bathroom faucets sold to us were without the metal pop-up with lift rod drain assembly which was part of the plumbing fixture. Instead our faucets arrived with a no-name & much too large 2.75 inch wide manual pop-up drain cover (at an additional charge !!!) The replacement manual drain covers require a person to push down hard on the drain to close it. Then, with dirty water in the sink, you have to push down on the drain cover very hard again & again in order to open the drain. These manual drain covers we received were clearly heavily used when received but were packaged as new. One Wittock employee tried to convince us that this was an additional purchase because Delta no longer sold faucets with the pop-up drain assembly. Another employee said that the no name Manual pop-up drain cover was the new & improved Delta drain cover that had to be purchased separately. A third employee told us that our standard size sinks (also purchased at Wittock) were the wrong size and wouldn't work with the standard Delta faucet pop-up with lift rod drain assembly, so they were not provided. When we checked directly with the manufacturer of Delta, we were assured that the normal sized pop-up drain assembly with lift rod comes with each faucet, packaged in the same box with purchase of all of their faucets. Delta also told us that their pop up drain assemblies are adjustable to fit most sink sizes and certainly a standard size bathroom sink. When I complained in person to Wittock management and asked for either replacements or a refund for the incomplete & used faucets and parts, she looked at her computer and told us that there was no record of us as customers or of our thousands of dollars of purchases from Wittock!!! In addition, one of the above faucets (minus drain assembly) was visibly and unquestionably heavily used, had a pink nickel center portion and silver brushed nickel handle. We were obviously given a box of very used parts from different colored faucets repacked in the box and sold as new. We also had a problem with the custom sized kitchen sink dish rack. We ordered the rack for the right side of the curved sink but received a rack for the left side of the sink. Again, Wittock would not correct their mistake or provide a refund. Again they said they had no record of us as customers. When I tried to show them a copy of my extensive order and paid receipt, they would not look at it and insisted that I was not a customer. This is one company that deserves to go out of business! A one star rating is much too much for this company but Yelp will not post this review without at least one star.

Horrible company. Invoices are wrong and they have no interest in servicing customer issues.read more
