Always get a good refund with them. This is my third year using them after a recommendation from a co-worker. Previously, I always did my taxes with my Dad. One main reason I started going there other than the recommendation is because I was working and living in different states, and needed help sorting it all out. The first year I did regular individual which was $100 fee, last year we did regular and a schedule c for business, which was $150, and I think this year will be $150-200 for business and multiple state employments. They help figure everything out for me and always get a bigger refund than if I did it by myself or with my Dad. They also help me with stuff that I can write off, which is a lot.. for instance miles used for business expenses, etc. During tax season they are open a lot (I think Monday- Thursday 8am - 8 pm, and Friday 8am-4pm), during the off season, they are open on Wednesdays from 10 am - 2 pm. You can also schedule an appointment in advance for a different time slot of their hours don't accommodate your schedule and they will work with you. You can also fax in documents. This year they have introduced email and paying over the phone with a credit card. Super friendly! Great job guys!

Nothing wrong with Quick Books but how can they justify hours of Billed time for entering numbers in their computer program? I never get any questions about my returns, only large invoices and lots of money due to the IRS. I never seem to get any refunds, only large amounts of Tax Due. I follow their Tax Advice and still have to pay in large sums every year. Look at other Accounting Firms before choosing this one as a last resort.
