I now see Dr. Preston Imhof for a vertigo/motion sickness condition and he's been great to help me out with ADA forms for work. Tip: Fill the forms out for your doctor and then have him review them. Not only does this save on time, but he doesn't know what your job is, so this helps tremendously. On my last visit he thanked me for having the forms prefilled out and all he had to do was review and sign. He said it's a huge time saver for them. It also saved me the fee for him having to fill out the form! :-)

If you want to fill out your name, address and other information repeatedly on each one of those forms, since they are incapable of pre-filing out information using a computer and having you verify it, then you should go here. If you want to wait in the waiting room for 45 minutes so they can then ask you more questions that could have been on a form and take your weight, then you should go here. If you then want to wait 45 minutes longer in the patient room and still not even know what your doctor looks like. You should go here. I waited 1.5 hrs and never saw what my doctor even looked like before walking out. If you want a doctor that has no respect for your time, then I personally recommend this place.

I was greeted enthusiastically on arrival, wait time was minimal & Dr Emily was very thorough & professional completing my evaluation. When Dr Dellaria came in he was also very thorough, took time to explain everything; even preexisting issues I've had a long time he was able to explain in a way I had a much better understanding of & the actual effects my body has been experiencing and WHY I'm so exhausted & brain foggy all the time. He also did something NO other health professional has ever done- checked my oxygen levels & determined they are LOW which explains a lot! I feel hopeful for the first time in years & am excited to start treatment. He was diagnosed and treated by a very reputable Atlanta Gastroenterologist. He was not making much progress after several months and had to withdraw from school as he could not function well enough to attend a full-time schedule. It was in desperation that we consulted another physician, Paul Rabinowitz, MD with Atlanta Asthma and Allergy Consultants. Dr Rabinowitz is not only very personable, he takes his time and thoroughly Listens as he Relates exceedingly well to his patients; he practices Exceptional Patient Advocacy. He also is very familiar with EOE which is virtually unknown to many other MDs and up-to-now, has no Proven cure. After much prayer and following Dr Rabinowitz's protocol, my son is making Marked improvements. He is no longer nauseated and vomiting daily. He is Thriving physically and now has Hope! Today we are reducing the steroidal treatments and along with his Allergy shots, will eventually wean completely off treatments! Dr Rabinowitz is Refreshing and Thinks " Outside the Box".
