While the nurse practitioner that I saw a few times there was nice enough, I never actually met the doctor that I was assigned to (Dr. Vukotic). She never bothered to introduce herself on any of my visits. I wanted this to be my primary care office but they simply do not care. I was experiencing pain and reached out various times about it. I had to push to get scans done to find out what was going on. Despite more than one alarming result from the scans, I NEVER heard back from the doctor or the office at all. It has been nearly a year since I had the scans they ordered (only because I advocated for myself and they wanted to shut me up). NOBODY reached out to me to discuss the results or to even follow up on how I was feeling. I was left to Google explanations of these results because nobody bothered to reach out. I was worried about some of the findings, which seemed serious, so I sought out a different doctor and office. They acted quickly to address my concerns and referred me to other specialists. I ended up having surgery. The only communication I had received from North Roswell Internal Medicine since my scans was a handful of promotional emails about something they were selling. That is, until today when I received an automated email reminder that I was "overdue" for my annual wellness visit. I am not overdue for anything, but they are overdue in noticing that I exist and had medical needs they completely neglected. They did the same thing with my husband. He also had something come up that they received results for but they have not reached out to him either. He and I and our adult son all changed doctor's offices because these people are a joke and don't care about their patients at all. Based on these experiences, I cannot recommend this practice and wish I had an option to rate them negatively because that is what they deserve. I have been visiting Allergy & Asthma Consultants since March of this year. Hands down one of the best decisions I have made for my health in a while. Dr. Nadel is so so so sweet and really took the time to educate me on what was causing my issues and how to better address them. He was thoughtful and considerate. He is probably one of my favorite doctors I have ever interacted with in my life. I had an allergy test done (not fun at all, but totally worth it) and now I am getting allergy shots for several allergens. I have already noticed a substantial improvement of my symptoms and I am so thankful for Dr. Nadel and his team. Showing up for my shots is quick and easy (not necessarily painless, but it isn't awful - the sore arms are far worse than the needle pricks). Considering how much I have improved, sore arms and a little inconvenience is a small price to pay. If you are serious about relief, there is a strong chance allergy shots will help it just requires a commitment because you have to go on a schedule with the frequency decreasing over time. I am now going every two weeks which is so manageable! I am really happy I chose Dr. Nadel with Allergy and Asthma Consultants. If you're looking for an allergist - this is your place!

We are appalled that she never bothered to contact my husband regarding the results of his lab test results. Not a call, not a text, NOTHING! At times texts are fine to answer many questions, however when a patient requests a call to speak to the doctor directly, not by text and she never responds, it is unacceptable. Even after speaking directly to the office staff regarding a call back and told two days in a row that the doctor would call us back that NEVER happened. We just got another useless text. If Dr. Amy Schettino does not want to take the time to have a short conversation with a patient on occasion, and will only respond with a text she should not be practicing medicine on patients. We did not receive the medication prescribed in the form that was discussed in her office. She asked how we preferred it administered and confirmed this in a clear discussion at the end of our appointment. We called the office and spoke to an assistant who kept blaming us for not understanding what form of the medication was ordered. We understood EXACTLY what form of medication was discussed. It was not the first time my husband used this medication. Take responsibility for your mistakes! The medication was ordered in a different form than the first time we used it which caused confusion resulting in delayed administration of the medication. This caused my husband to be in pain and severe discomfort longer than necessary. Specific messages were left regarding this issue requesting a phone call from the doctor to discuss it. A call was never received. We also called asking if one part of the lab results were back and were told they would let us know the next day regarding that particular part of the results. We never heard back regarding the result we asked about with a call or a text. We understood there was a different culture that would take several weeks. As stated, we never received a call about any of the results to discuss what further measures should be taken. We went to the portal several weeks later to review the lab results that we were informed would be available after several weeks. Dr. Amy Schettino did not have the decency to get in touch with us regarding the results and to discuss them. This is despicable. What respectable physician ignores their patients lab results and never calls to discuss them. I come from a family of many physicians and if they treated their patients the way Dr. Amy Schettino treated us, they would not have a practice. We had to request the medical records four times in ten days without them being sent to our primary care physician. If you do not have the respect for a patient that needs to speak to you on occasion you should not be practicing medicine. It takes more than some medical knowledge to be a good doctor. It takes communication with your patients in a timely and considerate manner. That means a short conversation on occasion. You are required to follow up on your patients lab results in a reasonable timeframe. We also learned that his symptoms could be other issues that she never addressed in her diagnosis or from his lab results. We requested my husbands records and proceeded with another capable, caring and responsive ENT physician at a different practice. Our new physician discussed in detail with us my husbands results and what was causing his symptoms. Now that I have researched many of your reviews I wish I had read them before we visited your office. We never would have trusted you with his healthcare. The doctors and nurses are skilled, knowledgeable, and compassionate. Parking is no issue with a dedicated parking lot right out front. The practice is on the second floor and can be accessed by stairs or elevator. Each treatment room has a colorful mural the size of the wall which is such a great source of entertainment for children. My daughter noticed the wall during her 2 month check-up and we found it quite useful to calm her down after her immunizations. There are two separate waiting rooms which is phenomenal - one for sick children and the other for children doing routine check-ups. This is such a fantastic idea. The waiting rooms are literally on opposite ends of the practice so when you are visiting with your healthy child(ren) you don't have to worry about extra germs. Another thing I love is the helpline. You can call with your medical questions and get answers, tips, and additional information live on the phone. If after speaking through everything you need to come in, they can set that up for you. As a first time mama I was freaking out about my daughter's umbilical cord two weeks after she was born and I was able to call and be put at ease within minutes. I was then texted a resource guide with extra info and things to look out for in case it became an emergency. This is truly invaluable. Super happy we chose Roswell Pediatric Center. We will definitely be staying with this practice for our daughter and any of her siblings yet to come!

Initial impression is everything and, as a new patient today, I nearly walked out of the office before even being seen. Why? I arrived at my appointment 1/2 an hour early and needed to use the restroom after signing in. I asked the Russian lady at the front desk if they were going to need a specimen (I was 99% sure theyd only do bloodwork but thought I would ask to be sure) and was told "I don't know. Ask the nurse." Ok..except I needed to go like then. So I sit and I wait for a few minutes before she calls me back up and asks me to sign some paper for today's payment of over $200. I pointed out that a specialist visit is not subject to deductable (I also do medical billing) and that my copay is $50. Her response? "I only give what I am told." Well miss lady you were told wrong. She got with the guy in billing and he had it fixed. If I hadn't known to question this I would have been out that money. Finally I see Dr. Blaise and, again, I really liked her. She has really good bedside manner and explains everything. I left feeling comfortable with what she told me. BUT..... As I checked out (with the Russian lady again) I received the orders including for a sleep study. I asked if I could use a certain facility because my husband recently had one there and it was nice. She told me their preferred facility because "it is cheaper." Ok folks, I'm sorry but at this point I really was wondering what her deal was. I didn't ask for financial counseling, or express hardship. In fact I recall telling her I met my deductable within the first couple weeks of the year due to diagnostics I had. So why are charges of her concern? The preferred facility had bad reviews (like 1.5 stars) so no. I want to go where I want to go. I hope Dr. Blaise gets her in line because I usually don't have that type of patience so any other day I would have left.
