I found them to be honest,…read morehonorable, hard working, skilled, knowledgeable, and lower in cost than the other companies. i called 3 other local chimney repair businesses for chimney repair and inspection, but the other companies either did not return calls, or were over priced. Jason at J&J answered the phone and scheduled an appointment. He and his wife came out and inspected our 2 chimneys. Photos from inside the wood stove chimney showed a large build up of creosote partially obstructing the chimney. this is likely why the smoke had been blowing back into the room. It showed me that the prior chimney repair company had done a poor job of cleaning our chimney. J&J chimney removed the blockage, put in a steel liner, did repairs on the other 2 chimneys, and did so for a better price than i had been quoted before. they brought a vacuum and cleaned up after themselves. i am pleased with their work and will use them again and again, and recommend them to others. it's hard to find people these days who do a good job, are honest, on time, do what they say, and answer the phone.

Segundo called and said he would come up on Sat. 8/12. We weren't home but he came when he said. he called from the house. Estimate, $1,700 including parts and labor. I took it. I had 3 previous estimates, $4,000, $2,900 and $1,8500. I took the last one but after 6 weeks, the man never showed up. When I called, he was too busy to to do my chimney. Segundo said he would be up on the following Wed. At 8:30AM he was there with his 4 sons. I can't praise them enough. The scaffold was up within 1/2 an hour. The work they did, scraping wherever needed, cementing where needed and filling a hole in the old cement that was crying out for a repair. When that was done, they cemented over the entire work area. Then they sanded everything and used a leaf blower to get rid of the dust. Finally, they painted. I can only appraise what I saw. They were professionals. They worked throughout the day without taking coffee breaks. They knew what they were doing and when they finished, my chimney looked brand new. And they cleaned up everything, all the debris that fell on the grass below. What more can I ask for??? I believe I received much more than the $1,700 I paid. As far as I'm concerned, what happened in 2019 and 2020 is in Segundo past. 2023 is the present. I highly recommend AZ Chimney Repair.
