I hired Virtual Vista for real estate listing photos. The images were okay and delivered after…read moreabout 24 hours, but the overall experience was disappointing. All of the photos came with watermarks, and there was no mention of this upfront. When I contacted them, I was told it would cost an additional $450 to receive the unwatermarked versions. This was frustrating--not just because of the unexpected cost, but also because many MLS platforms don't accept images with watermarks at all. That should have been clearly communicated from the start. For a service marketed to real estate professionals, I expected better transparency and alignment with industry standards. Overall, a frustrating experience.

Both projects had fancy shapes and edges. They are communicative over email and prices are more than fair, and remnants are available for smaller projects like mine were. Also they work fast! They had the tabletop ready in about a day, though I couldn't pick it up until later. They will continue to be my go to for anything stone related. Do pay attention to their hours, getting there can be a little challenging for those of us with M-F 9-5 schedules.

In the need to refinish hardwood floors for house sale, a VERY TIME-CRUNCHED JOB, a friend referred…read moreme to Neal Sherman.I called and left my number. Mr. Sherman got in contact with me immediately and showed up within a day to give me a feee estimate. He did the work beautifully, clearly explained the time needed and time needed for the floor to cure or set between each coat. After sanding, a dye stain of deep red was still visible in some cracks between boards in the eating area of the kitchen. He had warned me the stain might not be completely removed in the sanding. As we looked at it and I decided I wanted the two by three feet expanse removed and replaced, I felt no pressure either way from Mr. Sherman. I asked if he could do it and if he could get it done in the time frame. He said yes. AND THAT IS JUST WHAT HE DID! His original bid was the best and the added expense of the patch with new hardwood was minimal. He is courteous and went out of his way to meet the needs of this job from start to finish.
