I first met Jaiden and then I spoke with LaToya later - both individuals obviously have outstanding work ethics and are very experienced as well...plus they are kind and supportive people. And then on Monday, I met Raegan and Brooklyn who work alongside Dr. Adam in the surgical room/suite. It seems to me, that both Raegan and Brooklyn are very skilled and sensitive people, because I was a wee bit nervous and excited at the same time. As I indicated earlier, this is gonna be a process; so, I just might follow-up a few months from now to let whomever is interested know the final fabulous results. Once being taken back and getting X-rays, the dentist came in telling me that my gums were inflamed due to me having braces ( I didn't have my wires on, only brackets at that time). After enduring unbearable pain, and making several phone calls expressing my concerns, requesting for appointments or some type of antibiotics for treatment which may have resulted in some relief of the pain, I was told that a deep cleaning SHOULD help with the pain. Finally on April 12,2026, weeks of discomfort and denial of assistance, I contacted an emergency dental clinic, was seen immediately and the diagnosis was I needed a root canal and antibiotics. The infection could have entered my bloodstream, possibly resulting in death. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS LOCATION FOR ANY SERVICE!!!

The Chambers office is located in Fultondale in the same shopping center as Target, Ross, and JC Penny. The waiting area's always clean and cool, which is a blessing in this Alabama heat. I've had tooth pain and cavities before and doctor Chambers and her team always get me back in shape. I'm also a fan of her hygienists, they're always friendly during my cleanings and while taking my x-rays.

The lady at the front desk thanked me for filling out my paperwork online and welcomed me to the practice with it being my first visit. Maryanne, the dental hygienist was so very sweet and friendly. She made me feel comfortable and made my appointment run smoothly. "Dr John" came in and introduced himself. He listened patiently as I explained the general history of my dental care and what my hopes and fears are in regard to dental care/plans. While I was being seen, they reached out to me precious dentist to obtain vital information. When Dr John walked me to the front, he spoke to the staff in a hushed voice so as to keep other patient's in earshot from hearing. I really appreciated him caring about my privacy. I am so so happy I found a wonderful group of people to help me with my dental care needs! I made it through with Dr. Vance and his beautiful nurse. And so my journey began. I had not been to a dentist not even to take someone for an appointment. Y'all I was to scared to cry. Dr. Vance I had never met anyone like him. My appointment was in the afternoon and for him to still be as wonderful as he was still just wonderful. And I can't remember the beautiful caring nurse name. She helped me so much. Y'all I knew this was going to be a long process. If Dr. Vance could see my fear and make me feel at ease for just pics of my rotted out teeth. I remember I was trying to get food and chewing and teeth breaking as I'm eating. Sooo many years of people staring at mumble nasty comments. My family didn't treat me no different. But I tried to distance my self from the staring and this kid I was working at a grocery store and I would hear his song all I want for Christmas is my 2 front teeth.
