My very first experience meeting with this business, 2 people kept walking in and out the room and talking because apparently the fax machine was in that room. Ok. Understandable. After we got to the bottom of my issues, I left with my little burgundy folder. And a handful of questions. As of right now it's has been a month and I have called at least 3 times with questions. They say "I'm with a family I'll call you shortly " they never do. I have found myself asking relatives about the process or googling my concerns. At this point I feel like I am bothering them, or not as important for a call back. Hopefully no one asked me about this experience. I would be forced to remain silent . We all know, if you do not have anything nice to say, do not say anything at all.

The funeral detail showed professionalism at the highest level from uniform to competence and etiquette. The service was creative with honoring their guest in a personalized way. The funeral home provided safety, order, and space for a viewing and a service. I most appreciated the warmth of the environment and staff's willingness to anticipate and provide for a grieving family's needs. But not only was it beautiful and clean, with spacious, clean, and well attended bathrooms, but the staff (particularly, Mr. Avery ??) and attendants were soooo pleasant and attentive, starting from the parking lot (and a kind and pleasant attendant), guiding us to park, and extending to smiling and pleasant staff upon entering and the entire time we were in the building! It was a pleasant experience in all respects. Murray Brothers Funeral Home will definitely be a business I will recommend, and I would use if, God forbid, I have the need to.

TriCities is very professional. Everything was just as they stated up to the service. They took…read morecare of all the details and kept things moving forward. They made my mom look beautiful and natural. The service went almost as planned. We sent music to the church a week and a half before the service, but when our vocalist got up to sing the music person at the church said they didn't receive the music. So our vocalist sang a cappella to that song. The obituary was not read during the service - even though it was listed on the program. The person went up at the right time, but for some reason, did not read it or ask anyone else to. Additionally, we had pallbearers who were prepared to carry (or push) the casket to the hearse. They were not called or acknowledged. The exit song was not the selection we made and I'm not sure how it was selected. Other than those three hiccups, the service went well.
