One person mentioned to lock your car, we did but we don't leave valuables in the car. Take a few moments and pause and realize we are only here a short period of time. Next interaction with someone thank them, be kind, leave them smiling.

Being raised in Southwest Atlanta, this is my family's cemetery. I have relatives buried here from…read morethe 1800's. I love this cemetery. It is so peaceful, beautiful and serene. I come often, about every 8 weeks. It is now a high crime area, but I usually come by myself and have never once felt afraid. My parents, my sister and brother-in-law and my husband are now buried here. One day I will be, too. My only complaint is with the grounds keepers. After making many calls and complaints, they are not doing anything about the lack of grass on our plot of land. This is very frustrating. As a rule, the office personnel are very nice and seem efficient. I just can't seem to get them to address the grass issue.

The chapel was clean, had sparkling crystal chandeliers (they were very clean), and the stain glass windows were simple but nice. Black piano in the lobby added a very classy touch, and contributed to the nice atmosphere. Seems like there were a lot of friendly employees available to assist quests. Also, it seems like the venue was able to house an other service simultaneously. I'm very impressed with the entire business. There were monitors on the wall that were reflecting some family memories. However, great bonuses were the acoustic in the room and well working microphones so the quest could actually follow the beautiful seremon and the lovely songs performed by the mourning family members. Parking lot was not paved but at least there was enough parking. There were some parking spaces on the street as well.

The funeral home is located on Martin Luther King Drive less than a mile from the MLK exit on I-285. There is an ample parking lot to accommodate guests. As you enter the lobby, there are two restrooms that are easily accessible. There are also comfortable sofas and chairs for seating just outside one of the main on-site chapels. The chapel itself is modern, spacious, and offers plenty of seating for guests. The funeral attendants were accommodating, respectful, and never pushy.
