She came in the room with attitude. I requested a referral for several different doctors since I was new to the area and needed to transfer my care. I also needed a x-ray and bloodwork, and none of it was called in. when I called a few weeks later to inquire, they told me to call a different number in which I left a message and nobody returned my call. I will be reporting the visit to my insurance carrier for fraudulent charges.

She returned my call in just a short time, and she answered all my questions and concerns and was so very patient with me! First impression was excellent starting with the receptionists. Friendly and personable! I waited for only a few minutes to be taken back by a great nurse who took my vitals, and then Dr. Hervert came right in. Sat and talked for quite a good amount of time, was very caring and attentive. We made a plan for future needs and I went home so relieved that we now have an established practice!

Unfortunately, I can not in good conscience recommend his services. I find his ethics, bed side manner and attention to his patients to be very unclear. His communication skills lacks in respect and sensitivity. I found that his attention to the details of the specialist reports go unnoticed and nonverbal to myself . Diagnosis and finding are not mutually explained and understood. Concerns are not resolved by any means. He ordered a drug test without probable cause and without consent making me feel uncomfortable and I felt the patient/ doctor relationship had been compromised and therefor making me feel that he was not an advocate for my wellbeing and making appropriate medical decisions on my behalf. Therefore, I will continue to see a different provider hoping that they will have clear communication, integrity and professionalism .
