When I called to make an appointment the scheduler (person who answered the phone) was cool and flippant. I almost asked her if she had a bad night. What happened to having kind and professional people answer the phone? This is the first impression that prospective patients get.

Anyhow, husband was just released from hospital where he had to have 3 stents put in cause of blockages. Tried to get ahold of the office for 2 days and even sent a message through an app with no response. He had an appointment for an echo that I had to cancel because the hospital took care of that. After on hold for 15min finally got through to someone to cancel it. Not a horrible place, but just not personable enough.

In less than five minutes, the doctor came in. Surgery was determined to be needed & scheduled all within this visit, within one week. Thankfully, the surgery went well & the healing process was uneventful. The surgeon & team was professional. Kudos to Dr. Chengelis, office staff, & surgical team....keep up the good work. Thank you. FYI, one suggestion, for the surgeon, is the update in the waiting room should be in private. The doctor was talking softly & tried to be private, but the person next to me heard him. Dr Vibert has excellent bedside manner. Explained the procedures in a manner that we could understand, very personable and caring. Surgery and aftercare has been great! A dying breed of doctors who gave us his cell phone for any after surgery concerns etc. and responded almost instantly every time. Husband is very pleased with the results and although it will be a bit of time to get back to a new "normal" we would recommend this doctor to anyone who needs back surgery. I have severe health anxiety and felt extremely comfortable in Tracy's care. When I came to this office, I was already annoyed by the 20-30 min wait times before you're even called into a room. The office staff is never accountable or apologetic for anything. If anything, Rose and Gabby go out of their way to be petty. If there is an issue at the office they will never speak to you, they make other people call you back. Rose did a PA for a medication once, under my maiden name, after already giving them my new married name and new drivers license. I went round and round with the pharmacy and the office until I requested to see the PA approval form. Had Rose taken two seconds to speak to me about it, she would've realized her error. Instead she was rude to me via email correspondence, and made it seem like I was the reason for all of the confusion. Don't even get me started on the amount of times I have had my prescriptions sent to the incorrect pharmacy and 30 day refills after requesting 90 day refills for non-narcotic meds. I have lapsed in my medications that cannot be stopped abruptly 3 times because of their inefficiencies. When I spoke to the office mang., Brandy, regarding my frustration's of the office, her response was wild. She said and I quote "yah F*&k my life, I gave two many employees time off with checking to see who was off first". I myself work in a medical office and am appalled that the office mang speaks to patients in this way. Even after all of this, I stayed because Tracy is a WONDERFUL practitioner who actually listens to you. Well, today was the final straw. After being scheduled for med refill and bloodwork appt, I showed up for my appt, only to be told that HE'LL be in shortly. When I asked who "he" was, I was told Dr Patterson will be in to explain everything. I have historically only seen Tracy the NP, and had never even met Dr Patterson. Brandie the office mang never once said anything to me that my provider had changed, let alone that Tracy was no longer even a part of the practice. After waiting until 9:20am for my 8:40 appt, I walked out. I asked for a records release to sign as I was leaving and could hear the back office talking about me. How I just "walked out". Now that Tracy is gone, I will never return to this office. Dr Patterson is transitioning to concierge medicine and will now be requiring an annual fee for tiered patient care. I already pay my copays, deductibles, and coinsurances. I would never pay an annual fee for a Doctor who doesn't give a shit about how shitty his office runs or how they treat their patients.

My review is sorely for the Pulmonary area when I was needing a PFT on Thursday, October 5, 2023 due to a 6 month cough at night when sleeping. No it was not Covid-19 since I was testing 2 times a month since May 2023. While visiting My Henry Ford Physician several times since May (6 Months) and throughout Summer for a few health issues, she advised Me to have a PFT at this authorized building. A Pulmonary Function Test (PFY) showed how well my lungs were working. The tests measured lung volume capacity and rates of flow to diagnose and decide the type of treatment for my illness. I was tested twice without an inhaler medication, then with the medication in my lungs after inhaling. My appointment was made quickly within 2 days by phone. Upon entering this building I was greeted promptly by Tammy who explained the test from start to finish and those possibilities of light headedness in between. When I was lead to the back for testing I saw a few Cardiac patients that were exercising on trend-mills, bikes and other equipment for their rehabilitation and monitored by nurses since they had previous surgeries and were there for strengthen. Tammy was a great Henry Ford Pulmonary Tech to assist me throughout the tests. There were times of deep breathing and then mini breaks when I needed to rest. The test took about 45 minutes then after 4 stressful days I received my results by email. I also needed to see My family doctor again to determine the next steps to address My health and illness with lungs that I hope and pray to correct the percentages with medication and inhaler daily. Amazing orthopedic knee doctor!…read more I specifically went to see him for my left and right knees that were giving me trouble. Through the examination, he recommended physical therapy before surgery. After physical therapy only helped the issue slightly, he recommended a scope on my left knee that was causing the most trouble. He does surgeries out of McLaren Macomb in Mount Clemens. It was a quick surgery, very small incisions, and the healing process began. Back to physical therapy and after that, it felt great and ultimately my right knee corrected itself too! I had a minor knee issue that I went in for later this year. I had a knee sprain and bone bruise with the ACL inflammation. Not great but he was able to show me my MRI results and explain them thoroughly what needs to happen for it to heal and how to prevent it in the future. He's pretty available appointment wise, where you can get seen within a few weeks. He's a popular doctor, so when you're there for your appointment you may have to wait a bit! 100% recommend Dr. Meisel for knee care!
