Absolutely a pleasant experience. I had to go for a nuclear stress test. Signed in when I walked in the person behind the counter was super friendly told which side of the waiting room to sit. Was told to get there at 10:45 for my 11::00am appointment. At 10:50 I was taking in to get my IV. The process takes 3 1/2 hours. I was out of there in that time period. The staff who took care of me were very professional but also very friendly and easy going making my time there very relaxing. They were very encouraging to help me through the test. Love Dr. Dudar but found out he finally left this office, can't blame him one bit. They never answer the phone. They do not return calls. They do not check their messages that must be left to request a refill on medications - and if they DO check them, they ignore them because I have to actually go to the office to insist they send my refill to the pharmacy, or to make an appointment, or to just get a question answered. I will be following Dr. Dudar to his new practice and thankful I never have to deal with a staff that is not only unpleasant but collects their paychecks while never doing their jobs. I seen Dr. Manjoras he seems absolutely wonderful but the girls checking out was young enough to be my child and didn't give me proper instructions on my stress test so I wasn't able to do the stress test and if you know you have to do a lot of things to prepare for one and I'm extremely swollen from my belly button down and we can't figure out why so it takes me a long time to do this things they requested I get there and over a pregnancy test because I didn't take it one day later they couldn't do the test because the girl that checked me out that day we scheduled a test she told me she didn't know. She told me it had to be 72 hours so I thought OK well, I'll go get it done right now. It's right by me. It turns out I had to do it the day before it has to be done 72 hours before the test not they have to have it 72 hours before the test so I took it a day early so they hire these people and she asked three other people when I should take the stupid pregnancy test at the lab and no one knew so I just went and got it done and now I have to pay for it because I can't take the stress test to figure out why I'm having all the swelling and chest pain because the girls are ignorant so I left in tears and anger because not only did I have to get my kids ready and prepared for the day. I had to get myself ready and I'm already in a walker and half of my body swollen so thank you to the checkout girls for giving me false instructions. read more

Horrible attitude from the doctors assistant. The doctor is great and that is the only reason I keep going there. The assistant was either having a bad day or she hates people. I could go into a long explanation of how she acted but I will only give one example instead of a litany of them. My husband and myself had back to back appointments. My husband wanted me in the same room with him (because he has a hard time understanding various medical ideas/terms) and it expedites the office visit as the doctor doesn't have to go to different rooms to speak to us. He asked the assistant if I could accompany him into the room and she said, "NO". So my husband said that the doctor allowed it in the past. That only angered her and she glared at him and with a clipped tone said, "I said NO". So he went to his room and I waited for my turn. When she called me to follow her I did and when I got into the room I started to ask her if I could go to my husband's room to ......she cut me off and said, "I told you that you can't be in the same room." This was said with an attitude bordering on a physical slap in the face (although she didn't do that). My mouth must have dropped open as I was flabbergasted. I was trying to teller ( if she would have let me finish) that my husband had some information/paperwork that the doctor wanted and that I only wanted to retrieve it. It was at this point I lost my patience and told her she was RUDE. She snapped back that she wasn't. I told her she was. She proceeded to stare at me with so much hatred, again it was almost physical. I didn't back down and I starred her down too. I don't like confrontation but it seemed she really was itching for a fight. There was other things that went on in the room before this happened, but again I won't make a book out of it. Seeing this is a cardiologist I don't understand why employees would take things this far and perhaps cause a stroke, as it is, my heart has an extra beat when I'm under stress. The doctor that day pointed out that it was showing up and I should have told him why. I didn't. It was already a mess with the other employees listening and probably other patients. Oh, and before I end this, I heard her in the hallway speak to the doctor and her voice was as sweet and innocent as a baby cooing. Hummmmmm read more

Absolutely terrible customer service and obscenely rude manager. No bedside manner whatsoever and treated me as if I was nuisance. I warn everyone to NOT go here, unless you want to be treated like human garbage. What a joke. read more

I had kidney stones removed on December 7 and again December 21. I ended up getting Sepsis and was admitted to St John Accession on December 22 and remained there until December 28. Besides being short handed because of the Christmas holiday there was a snow storm further reducing the staffing. To say it was challenging would be a understatement. The nursing staff was wonderful but many of my doctors were not in town and some of their replacements were less than ideal except my Cardiologist Dr Daher and his team. The kidney stone procedure and subsequent Sepsis put my heart back into A Fib. I was seen by many different practices but none of them came close to the coverage afforded me by Dr Daher's and his group at Eastlake Cardiovascular. A member of his team saw me everyday and kept me informed on what they were doing and what I should expect to happen from their group that day. Dr Daher was into see me and I feel was responsible for making sure I was given the medications I needed to put me in a position to be discharged. He was extremely through in making sure I knew what my new daily medication should be and that the pharmacy was given the correct information. After discharge I had some concerns on my blood pressure readings and he always responded to my question on a timely basis. He always listened and explained what I should do and what results I should expect. Dr Daher is outstanding and surrounds himself with like minded staff. read more

They took really good care of my dad before and after his triple bypass. Dr. Crawford and Dr. Kawa are top notch doctors and I would recommend them or their group to anyone I know. The office is a little out dated and kinda stinks like all old medical facilities, but their care and their patience with my father was amazing! read more

I had one visit with Dr. Lalonde and had some tests scheduled. A few days later I received a phone called with my results. This doctors office billed me for an office call when they only called me with my results. The phone call lasted 4 minutes and I didn't even speak with the doctor himself. read more

I've been a patient for years and was happy until he changed offices and office staff. His new receptionist is just awful! She doesn't make herself understood and is extremely rude on the phone.
