TP Park is my own little oasis, there's enough distance that unless you are coming with others you will have plenty of room to social distance. Not sure if there is a cost associated with the visit but on my two trips the gate has been wide open. Great for fishing even better for relaxing and catching a break from life issues. The only down side to the park is you will certainly need a car wash upon exiting lol DC nor NY potholes compare to what nature can do...either way it's worth the excursion and the price of a car wash. If you like to fish I've been successful at catching plenty of white perch...and there's cell coverage as well. I've noticed both walking trails, picnic tables and a porta potty (never used never will as long as there are woods available). I'd recommend bringing a lawn chair, cooler, and portable charger...no way you can go wrong on your visit to the park. Another good feature is the park is really clean...everyone cleans up after their visit so make sure you do the same

    Gorgeous view from this park

Private looking gate upon entry. Oh.. to Park it is important to have a pass. check quiet waters office just up the street. Really nice family spot. Where there is group camping sites by the water and pavilions for people to rent and have functions. The park had lots of people with activity. Looks like people plan their day and packed their trucks for the hidden destination in the backyard of annapolis. Lots of people fishing with younger family members. The park trails were mostly short but very well groomed. Gravel and crushed stone adorned the paths with long picturesque benches placed in adequate position to optimize the view of the water. Great spot. I almost did not want to put a review cause i wanted to keep this cool new spot to myself. Enjoy!

    Beautiful views.

This spot is awesome. Came here after going to Quiet Waters park. That was really pretty, but also full of people. This spot felt really remote and has beautiful views. A true hidden gem in the Annapolis area.

    Perfect weather. Perfect view.

What a gorgeous, quiet gem right on the Chesapeake Bay! Absolutely one of the area's best kept secrets. We will definitely be back.

There are a few unusual features (a tot-sized climbing boulder to get up to the slides) and a mini jungle-gym for smaller kids. All in all, a wonderful location and a great place to let kids work off some steam before dinner. I spent a little time here with my daughter before heading to the tail end of a bridal shower. It wasn't child (or husband) appropriate, but her great-aunts and 1st cousins once removed (yes, I had to look that up) wanted to see her - so we had to entertain ourselves for a little while. She was able to wander around and climb on things without ruining her dress, and even did a few times down the slides. The older girls (elementary to middle school) were running around playing a game called gravel, but they were nice about giving her space. (the game is similar to marco-polo, but you call out gravel if someone is on the ground. The girls didn't actually know what gravel meant, or why you yelled it if someone was one the ground. The ground was covered in mulch, and I suppose yelling "MULCH" isn't as fun, but they could have said "Ground" as easily, but first they would have had to figure out what Gravel was, or had someone tell them. I didn't and neither did any of the parents either... so they played Gravel on the Mulch.) So we had a good time until she got a pouch for a snack from the bag and she poured it all over her dress minutes before I was supposed to leave for the party. it's not the playground's fault, so I won't dock any stars. Great place all around.
