At my May 2025 visit, I was told that my insurance would cover the appointment and that I didn't have a balance. Months later, I was unexpectedly informed that I actually owed money--due to a mistake the office manager made. Instead of owning up to the error, she shifted the blame onto me, even though it was her responsibility to verify the information before assuring me I owed nothing. What's most disheartening is that this was handled without the same care and integrity Dr. Darlington himself showed. I now have a balance on my account and a sadness in my heart. Everyone makes mistakes--but it's not okay to gaslight loyal customers or avoid accountability. As someone who values honesty, responsibility, and professionalism in business, I cannot recommend this office. I hope they grow from this and treat all patients with the respect and transparency they deserve.

After filling was no longer an option, he recommended a crown for it without a root canal. I was hesitant to get it at first, but now that I have it, I LOVE it!! There was absolutely NEVER any pain any of the times I have ever been to him. He and his staff are top of the line in dentistry. His accounting office allowed me to set up payments over 3 months for the crown, since I didn't have dental insurance, without being charged a service fee. I asked if I should go ahead and get all four of my wisdom teeth out but because I chose to do local anesthesia instead of IV sedation, he recommended that I just get the two bottoms out first then come back for the others.
