She makes it look easy by going the extra miles to make sure you have a smooth process. We were lucky to have found her and highly recommend. We just closed on our first house and cannot express how much we recommend using Nicole. At the beginning of our homebuying journey we had vetted a few realtors beforehand. Other realtors we spoke to programmed our wants/budget into their system and were just sending us automated e-mails of listings that fit those parameters (which felt like something we could have set up on our own...) We went with Nicole because we loved how personalized she made the process, she really does make you feel like you are her only client. We had a group text going where she would send us the listings that actually fit what we were looking for and it allowed us to keep an open conversation with her about all the questions we had as first time home buyers. A surprise bonus was that Nicole actually flips homes in her spare time and is extremely knowledgeable at what is required to make certain updates in the home so she was able to provide rough cost estimates (on adding an extra bath, new flooring, etc) which proved to be tremendously helpful as we started looking at fixer uppers. She made the process as smooth as could be, but there are always circumstances that are out of your control.... Which brings me to the grand finale of Nicole's awesomeness on closing day. During our walk-through just hours before closing we entered our soon-to-be home to find 70% of the seller's belongings were still there. Without skipping a beat Nicole took control of the situation and assured us we would get everything out in time for closing. In a pair of nice sandals and in the pouring rain, she helped us move out an entire house within hours. It certainly was a day to remember lol and it forever solidified Nicole's title in my book as #1 realtor of all time.

Well this time I'm actually following through, because Capri was/is a godsend. She came into our lives at a time when we were pretty hopeless about selling our Philly house. The only reason we tried again is because of Capri-magic. She calmed us, coached us and called us through the whole process. She never lied to us about our prospects, but also gave us enough hope to keep pressing forward. We ended up with an offer better than we could of imagined. Capri was probably happier than we were; that's how invested she was in making it work. Thank you Capri and team. Because of this miracle, my wife and I are in a better place to have a family.

I had to scrub the walls in his bedroom to remove a brown liquid that had dripped down the wall and had hardened. The kitchen was sticky...I was glad that I was not living there. Vines were growing into the A/C unit. The landscaping was overgrown. Garbage and broken furniture had been left in the back yard, in the basement, and in the living room. When removal and service were requested, the requests were ignored. My son cleaned up the yard a little until he got Poison Ivy! After my son moved out, Young Realty charged exorbitant fines for garbage removal and $650 for a deep cleaning! Thats ridiculous!! My son left repeated messages at the realty office, most of which went unanswered. I wish that I could give them a negative rating!!

I couldn't move in until after 2 weeks because I didn't have running water and the AC unit didn't work. On top of that I went without hot water until November 2024 and was told that I still had to pay rent and that the astronomical utility bills that were caused by the underground leak and broken water heater was my responsibility. Although they ended up crediting me for a couple months of rent, I shelled out almost $4k in utility bills for barely 2 months of service. Despite the multiple conversations that I've had with the electric company and them telling me the home is surging electricity and me complaining about my power going out multiple times a week since August 2024, they won't inspect the wiring. So I'm stuck dealing with an electric bill consistently over $1k a month for a 3 bedroom 1 bathroom townhouse that's barely 1,100 square feet. No accommodations were offered to me and my children. We had to shower in cold water while it was cold outside. Made to boil water to wash dishes. I decided to rent this house partly because of fenced in yard, which they decided not to repair the fence when a tree limb fell on part of the fence, but instead tear it down leaving the deck and the outside storage closet exposed to whomever wants to go behind the property and onto the deck. I'm a single mother with a daughter and son. It's been a complete mess and I can't wait until my lease ends! There's so much more but I'm tired of this company.

Then we found Allison Fegel, an agent with the Philly Home Girls team, who worked with us to overcome that obstacle. We looked online and when we found a listing that seemed to fit, Allison took us on a virtual tour of the property. She even went through one property with us measuring walls and shelves and cabinets! Her expertise and knowledge of the Philly market made us feel secure in a city that we didn't know. When we decided to buy, we met with Allison in person, which was wonderful. She took care of us, lined up showings, gave us background information, and her guidance when we decided to make an offer. Allison was a responsive representative and truly our advocate. She put us in touch with amazing teams of RE professionals who led us through the buying process, all the way to closing (hand holding included). We gladly recommend Allison Fegel if you're looking for a place to live in Philadelphia.

Erin Dennison was knowledgeable, organized, and consistently responsive, always taking the time to explain each step and answer my questions. That made the entire experience feel far less overwhelming. During tours, she helped me stay grounded and objective, while also catching issues I might have missed, like signs of a possible ceiling leak, a cracked stair, cracked tile, or other general red flags. When it came time to negotiate, she brought strong comparable local sales to the table and helped secure seller credits. She even obtained an additional roof warranty from the builder. Throughout the process, Erin communicated well with the lender, builder, and everyone else involved. When I ran into a difficult loan officer, she handled it professionally, kept everything moving, and made sure nothing slipped through the cracks. She consistently provided updates, responded quickly, and often worked outside normal hours, truly going above and beyond to get me to the closing table. I'm incredibly grateful for her help and would highly recommend her, especially to other first-time homebuyers.
