Steve Judd was our guide throughout possessing the perfect calming and good natured temperment dealing with people and/or unexpected issues. He didn't seem phased or ruffled by much. He was very diligent in making sure every tour member knew what was happening whether we were grouped together or not. He also accounted for each piece of luggage at our various stops. We felt cared for and appreciated. Everything was handled in a professional manner whether it was with Steve or any of the office personnel (pre-tour). All of them were eager to assist in any way possible . . . they shine in customer service! :) All of our infomation packets (Pre-tour & during) were spot on preparing us for every aspect of our experience. We also appreciated the in person / Zoom pre-trip meeting as well as the rapid response to any questions we had. Now for our tour. We loved the size and pace. While the company can't control the weather, it was beautiful the whole time . . . May really is a great time to see Peru. Our local guides, Charo (Cultural) & Pepe (Incan), were warm, humourous, relatable, and knowledgeable. Reynaldo was our expert driver. All of our guides at Machu Picchu (a dream come true), the Amazon (Orlando & crew), and throughout Peru were top notch. We were impressed with all of our accommodations and the whole journey really was "Crafted With Purpose." There was time to rest and recuperate as well as enjoy all of the Peruvian destinations. Peru is so much more than Machu Picchu and we loved our whole experience. If you haven't been to Peru, you must go with Brian Judd Tours.

We booked with a large group and several of the group members felt that they were treated rudely by her. She was incredibly hard to get ahold of through both email and phone call. We contacted her several times through email and by phone about her using an incorrect email address for us that she never did correct. When our flights were canceled due to weather we were not helped by the office. We were informed that they could not help us with anything due to the trip being within 24hrs. We where directed to a phone service that we were on hold with for 4.5 hrs. After an hour of hold I called the agency office back to ask about cancellation policies and refunds for days missed and they informed me that they couldn't help with any changes and that I would have to wait on the phone like everyone else and they didn't have a magic button to push us through in line. The online service took so long our original airline was already booked full and we had to pay extra to fly with a different airline. We were also told that we would have to pay a penalty fee for missing a day at the resort due to weather, even though weather was out of our control. Overall we were very upset and would advise against anyone else using this agent or agency!

My family of 3 just got back from a weeks vacation to Disneyworld and Universal Studios Orlando…read morewhich was all planned out for us by Kelly at Mouseketrips. I am so glad I found out about the company and had Kelly to help us throughout this journey! We planned it about 9 months ago. Kelly let us know when it was time to book restaurant reservations, character interactions etc. She got us fast passes for all the best rides, which in itself was priceless. To ride Avatar Flight of Passage it was a 2 hour line, but only waited 20 minutes! These passes made all the difference in our experiences at the parks. Not only did she help with the Disney portion, but we added on Universal and she got us a great hotel and front of the line tickets there too! There is no way I could have planned all this out by myself. I usually do our travel reservations and itineraries to Europe, but Disney was a beast onto itself! If you are investing in going to Disney anyways, take the time to have the pros help you navigate these parks! Thank you Kelly from the bottom of our hearts! The Greene's

My family and I encountered the Global Travel Network / Casablanca Express booth at a local fair,…read morewhere they offered us a "free" 7-night vacation if we paid $50 and attended a sales presentation. We agreed, paid the $50, and scheduled the appointment. We were told that both my husband and I needed to attend, so we arranged childcare. After sitting through the one-hour presentation, we declined any additional purchases. The representative confirmed we still qualified for the 7-night stay. That is when the issues began. To even select a destination, we had to go through a long, multi-step process. Once we completed that, they required an additional $100 deposit, which had never been disclosed before. Then, we were told we would be contacted "in a few weeks" by an agent to select our dates. Eventually, we selected travel dates and were told we would not receive hotel information until 30 days prior to our trip. That made booking airfare extremely difficult. When that 30-day mark came and went without any contact, I began calling. I left six voicemails over seven days for the assigned "travel agent" without a single response. Finally, after contacting their main line and demanding help, I was connected to the agent. When I asked for our hotel information so I could move forward with flights, he told me he could not provide it and that the booking department would call me back in two weeks. That meant we would not know where we were staying until about a week before the trip, which is not reasonable for a family of four needing to book airfare and make plans. The agent showed no concern or willingness to help. This has been incredibly frustrating and feels like a total scam. After paying some money and investing hours of time into trying to claim this "free" trip, we are left with nothing. Our two children are heartbroken and we are extremely disappointed.

I just had to put a $50 deposit down to lock in my spot. After attending the presentation, I was handed off to a guy named Greg who was honestly a great person to talk to and he almost had me sold into buying a $9,000 package, but he handed me back to the presenter and she failed to answer a couple of my last minute questions such as "can I have 24 hours to do some more research"? I became apprehensive about the deal and when I expressed that, she became rude and told me "purchase today or not, we're doing just fine without your business" at which point I was done! She handed me back to Greg who managed to calm me down and helped me understand why a decision had to be made that same day. After all was said and done, I ended up not purchasing the travel package but I still wanted the Disneyland trip that I had already paid $50 for. I was told that I would get an email with a questionnaire I had to fill out and return and I would receive my vacation voucher in the mail within 2-4 weeks. Well it's going on 6 weeks now and I'm still waiting for the voucher. If/when I receive it, I will update my post.

He met us as a public library where we paid for the vouchers. He walked through the purchasing process of our tickets. We purchased 2 $600 vouchers at the total price of $840 from him. In the original listing on ksl it stated a bonus $100 voucher for every $300 spent. Well we didn't receive those. Not a big deal, we over looked it. What we can't over look is the fact that we were ultimately unable to use the vouchers. We were flying out at 6am on a Monday morning. I got online Sunday night to check in but was unable to. I called United's customer service to find out what was going on. I was informed that they were unable to verify the vouchers. They said I had to give the name the vouchers were issued to. Jake hadn't supplied that information so I tried contacting him. I tried calling and texting the number but never received a response. In the end we had to put the $1200 the vouchers were supposed to cover on a credit card. That was Sept. 16th. It is now Oct. 3rd and I have not heard back in regards to the mishap. At this time I would say this is a scam. If it is a legitimate business then my friend and I deserve to be reimbursed the $840 that we paid for the vouchers. If we are then I will gladly update this review. Until then this will stand and we will eventually look into taking legal action.
