I don't have the time to be running back and forth with someone who makes an appointment and then requests another one from the same person. Good luck with your project." I am perplexed how a business owner could speak to potential client that way. It seems they do lovely work and have a great reputation, so I was honestly surprised and disappointed. I wish they were more respectful of my time and not make such crazy generalizations about people. The whole interaction felt hustle and unnecessary. Good workmanship is one thing, but business owners should treat people with respect, especially when someone is ready to hand them 10s of thousands of dollars.
