The comparison to the two I had had done by dentists was mind blowing. In the previous instances there was discomfort in 1 and in the other they appeared to have injected anesthesia into a nerve that left a portion of my tongue and mouth numb for months. Neither problem happened with Eugenia, it was completely painless and everything was back to normal a by the end of the day. If I ever need another root canal this is who I want to do it.

I had to have a re-treatment done on an old, failed root canal (I've had 5 different root canals,…read moreand I've moved a lot, so I can't even tell you when or who did it, sorry). Anyway, I got an evaluation at a different Endo office in Tulsa and they left me feeling completely NOT confident this re-treatment would be successful. I remembered having gone to BA Endo in 2020 and how great they did, so I asked them to re-evaluate. They KNOW what they're talking about and set accurate and realistic expectations with their patients. I chose to have them do the re-treatment and it was a great decision. Because there was so much infection in the tooth, they couldn't get it all done in one day, but I go back next week to finish up the easy part and I honestly did not have ANY pain after at all, and I'm still feeling fine 3 days later. I'm super thankful. Dr. Strand was funny and kind and I have so much confidence in him. And the dental hygienists who stayed with me the whole time felt like an old friend. Also, their office is BEAUTIFUL (adobe/New Mexico decor... super calming). I hope I don't have to have more root canals in my life but if I do, I'm only ever going here.

I went here to get a root canal. I waited out in the waiting room for about an hour. They needed to…read moredo an xray first and I'm not kidding but I waited almost another hour. Do you know what they told me? "He has a trip coming up" When he finally got to me he used fear mongering tactics to get me to do surgeries that I did not need. He told me he was shocked that my tooth hadn't broken off by now and that I had several cavities that he is surprised doesn't hurt me yet. He shook his head and said one of them needed pulled (I went to another dentist and got it filled) His comments were rude and made me feel very uncomfortable. I never went back to him. My Dentist only has one review on Yelp which I don't trust and I am surprised he doesn't have more complaints. I have to say I never felt more uncomfortable and cautious at a dentist and I did not trust him. I have a problem of trust when it comes to dentists as they have messed up on me several times causing pain and suffering that should have never been. I have had a filling turn into a pulled tooth because they stuck the filling right on the nerve and killed the entire tooth! And when they have a bad attitude I'm done with them.

What can I say about the most respectful dentist I've ever met? Well, he sure has a good bedside…read moremanner! As far as my procedure went, I've had four root canals done, (which I'm not proud of) and the one Dr. Walker gave me was by far the least painful one I've had.
