But have to say that they do not portray the 7 year warranty they offer correctly! Instead they use it as a selling point! What I mean is that I was told multiple times that I had a 7 year 125 miles warranty on a truck I bought in 23 but went to use the warranty this year and was advised it was no longer valid! That the 7 years from the year model of the vehicle you purchased not the year when you purchased the vehicle....So 5 years of the 7 years was already gone when I purchased it! They are still saying the same things to customers and misrepresenting how the warranty actually works! When I tried to warn customers they BLOCKED me from their page! It was the extend warranty they offer on used vehicle purchases and I was told I was covered for 7 years or 125 thousand miles from purchase not year model. I even had a current sales person tell me I was wrong and that I should still have warranty as he was using that as a selling point! So they are misleading the sales employees as well as the customer! BAD BUSINESS Oh well ...I will never do business with them again!

Wow, just wow! I Bought a New 2014 F-150 and I love it. It has more features in it than my house. I didnt know ford made trucks this way untill I stoped in just to look at the style of one. I was gonna jump out of my Kia and take a quick look but when i peered in the window i was stunned. I could'nt stop looking. Baciclly i was shell shocked by the alien cockpit. I have never seen such a masterpice. By the time composed myself I hear a friendly voice say Hi, Welcome to Thomaston Ford My name is Shone, Is there anything i can help you with? I turned to him and said you can get me in this truck without skipping a beat he said let me get the keys. He brouht the keys out opened all the doors and hood and honestly I was flood by his knowledge of this truck. He showed me things I didnt know existed like the Sync system. I could tell the truck what to do and it would do it. It controlled the AC and Heat, the radio, Navagation all of which is controlled by my voice! It does everything but drive the truck. After the Demonstation and test drive we walked (while chit chatting) to the sales desk. At that point the prosses was effortless for me. I was offerd drinks and snacks. The salesman Shone begain the paperwork and evaluated my trade (A 2005 Kia Spectra) and took the truck I was buying to get Detailed. Everyone there was very nice and curdious. Thomaston Ford is a 5 Star Dealership in my eyes. They are a locally owned business that for 30 years and running strive to provide excellent service their previous, past, and future customers. They are very involved in the community and support other local businesses. They have the latest in all models and the Sales staff is very knowledge of every line of models in Safety and Options that fit the customers needs. They are kind and friendly and go way out of their way to provide you with all of the Rebates, Discounts and Promotions that you are eligible to receive. But, the Hospitality but does not end at the show room floor. The Service Department offer Grade A Service with kind and dependable help.
