Instead, he took it to FRANK'S AUTOMOTIVE SERVICE AND TOWING, where it appears to have sat accruing storage fees while we tried to locate it! Two days later, the $250 (under the table quote) had inflated to $1310.00 when they saw they could get a fat insurance payout. Our intention was to save a double tow charge. Instead, we let these crooks have a go at our expense. Don't call these people unless you've exhaused every other possible avenue. And make sure you're carrying a butt-load of cash.

I am not from the area and a had a month supply of belongings with me as I had been living in a different state. I was far from home with no one else who could meet me. John offered to drive me to a close hotel and then waited to make sure there was a room available and offered to continue to drive to different hotels in the area until a room was available. He then helped me unload my entire car, it was deemed to be totaled, with no complaints. He helped make sure I knew the next steps to file an insurance claim and what I needed to expect after that. I was able to take videos of my car and pictures, he was very understanding. This was a very overwhelming situation and he went above any expectations. If you ever need a tow or are in an accident 100% make sure these guys are the one to show up because not only will your car be taken care of, you will too as a person. A young light-skinned black guy with a huge brown birthmark on his neck came out to greet me. Come to find out after research, he is the owner. When I got out of my car, I told him I was looking to get a quote and that I had gotten quotes from other businesses. He walked around the car and then stated, I can do it for S3000.00. I asked if I could get the quote on paper, and he told me "That would be a waste of his time, especially if I'm not going to get the car painted". I advised him that I had just left two other professional businesses and they didn't mind doing so. He said, "I'm not them". I told him it's a part of what professional businesses do. I then thanked him for his time, got in my car and went back to one of the other businesses where grown, professional men know how to do business, compared to young kids. To all consumers, do not do business with people who are unprofessional and lack good business ethics.
