The tow operator followed him and wanted $250 CASH to just "let it go", but with the amount of damage, we knew the Insurance company would include the tow in the final settlement. SIDE NOTE: He was asked to tow it directly to the body shop. Instead, he took it to FRANK'S AUTOMOTIVE SERVICE AND TOWING, where it appears to have sat accruing storage fees while we tried to locate it! Two days later, the $250 (under the table quote) had inflated to $1310.00 when they saw they could get a fat insurance payout. Our intention was to save a double tow charge. Instead, we let these crooks have a go at our expense. Don't call these people unless you've exhaused every other possible avenue. And make sure you're carrying a butt-load of cash.

Lies upon lies were told by the owner and members of his staff. Through sheer stupidity the insurance company paid them up front and needless to say the work was NEVER done. Finally after waiting for months on end the insurance decided to total my car. Also this repair shop was supposed to pay for the rental car that I was using for three weeks....their card was declinded and I ended up paying for it. This shop is worse than horrible, it was by far the worst encounter I have ever had dealing with a car repair. That being said, avoid this repair shop at all cost. I was not the only customer that had a horrific experience with this shop.

Recently I was involved in a car accident, and first rate towing was amazing. John showed up to the…read morescene, my car was undrivable. I am not from the area and a had a month supply of belongings with me as I had been living in a different state. I was far from home with no one else who could meet me. John offered to drive me to a close hotel and then waited to make sure there was a room available and offered to continue to drive to different hotels in the area until a room was available. He then helped me unload my entire car, it was deemed to be totaled, with no complaints. He helped make sure I knew the next steps to file an insurance claim and what I needed to expect after that. I was able to take videos of my car and pictures, he was very understanding. This was a very overwhelming situation and he went above any expectations. If you ever need a tow or are in an accident 100% make sure these guys are the one to show up because not only will your car be taken care of, you will too as a person.
