Their open hours are Mondays 8:00 AM - 7:00 PM; Tuesday thru Friday 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM; and they are closed on Saturdays and Sundays. They are also closed all federal and state holidays. Some offices are closed the day before and the day after a holiday; call ahead to find out. Yes - a towel may be wise to pack as well. I was hoping there would be food trucks and entertainment for the kids, but you will have to make do with a vending machine. No drip or French press coffee. I heard rumors of a Starbucks going in 2020!! I had been in the office all day and had to bring a friend to get a DL. I'm accustomed to the lines…read morebeing foreverrrrrrrrr, however, to my surprise the lines were minimal and the service was quick. The inside was super clean and the setup is straightforward so it's not hard to navigate. The young lady at the counter was super friendly and able to answer the few confirmation questions we had. After getting our number and taking a seat, I was able to observe the process. The clerks were spot on with their efficiency as well as you could tell that the structure that was implemented was done with the customer in mind. Once at the window, the questions were asked, paperwork was provided, and we were on our way. I'm talking swift processing time, good service, and a customer focused experience as a whole. If you have to go in to handle what you need, I would def suggest this location.
