Until about October 2018 when a south Florida company known as Southern Self Storage bought him out. THEN THE PLACE BECAME A TOTAL RIP-OFF. The rent when up $10 a month. No big deal but read on..... Then they make you have insurance on your stored goods or else they can charge you $15 and up for their insurance. And you have no choice. It's extra money lining their pockets. Something Mr Joe Harvard never did. So if it's not on your homeowners policy, you WILL PAY $12 and up. It all adds up. No one should be forced to insure their own items. Lastly, they charge $15 a month EXTRA for 24-hour access to YOUR STORAGE UNIT. So if you want to go after hours to your unit then fork out an extra $15 a month under an after hours contract. Why would it suddenly cost more to enter the gate after hours. Answer: It doesn't!!! AS SOON AS I CAN, I AM VACATING MY STORAGE UNIT. This is not the way we do business in South GA. Too many other options of where to store. Also, be aware of "planted ratings" from people who have no credentials yet they rate on Yelp. LOOK ELSEWHERE FOR STORAGE.

This is the first time I've used it since then. Now I'm stuck inside the gate and it won't up and the woman on the phone not being helpful. I had to give my pin to a strange to get out. The "customer service" woman Ann heard the whole exchange with the strange and is still refusing to get me a credit on my bill. I wouldnt recommend this place to anyone. If you get stuck inside they won't believe you that your stuck and they to find ways to blame you for being stuck
