They offer reliable service, easy online billing and a quality job. Also, the owner is also very easy to contact if there is a problem. He always replies quickly to texts, phone or email. One time, a rock randomly flew and broke a back window while the crew was mowing, and the owner paid for the repair, no questions asked (it wasn't cheap either - $300!). I think some companies might have tried to duck out of it, so I really appreciate his willingness to do so.
