I for the life of me cannot remember the drivers name, but he and his wife were very patient, polite, and friendly! Before we made it to the shop we had to stop for parts and again they were accommodating! Price was not to terribly high and made it affordable for our family to get to the shop! He was unable to jump my battery so I needed a tow. Because I am in Mineola, I called the closest towing company, which was Wyatt's Towing Service. Steve answered the phone, took my information and, in less than 20 minutes, a truck was there. The driver was courteous and efficient. He confirmed that the car could not be jumped and needed a tow. He confirmed the location where it would go, gave me the option of paying him or paying when I met him at the dealership. My vehicle was carefully loaded onto his truck and delivered safely and promptly to the repair shop. The price was fair and the service was excellent. Given the frustration of my situation, I could not have had a better experience.
