Turns out that the 2 tow services we waited for, from insurance, didn't even have the equipment to tow our trailer. I called every number I could find for tow service and finally found these upstanding citizens. From the time I called them to the time of being picked up, in the middle of two towns in Texas, was only an hour. The tow driver was so nice and helpful. He towed us to their yard and they were able to do the work for us first thing in the morning. Their price was very fair and everyone in the shop was beyond nice. I pray I never have to see them again, but if I do, I'll be happy about it.

We were broke down on the side of I20 in the pouring rain. Aaron was our first call and boy he was a lifesaver. He immediately wanted to know what our issue was. He came out within 20 minutes in the pouring rain with a battery to get us enough power to get us off of that very busy, very frightening freeway. Still stuck on the side of the service road Aaron removed the alternator then traveled to the auto parts store to have it tested. Now my truck won't crank unless I relieve the pressure on the fuel line. They took time to tell me my brake fluid needs to be flushed among other things equally an additional $1k. I was planning to go back to get those items fixed. You are not going to milk me. Find another cow. They just missed that $1k trying to milk me for that $125. And they got a bad review from me, which can potentially cost the other customers.
