They gave us a quick update and said it could be fixed by noon. It was fixed by 10:30 am! They even offered to pick us up saving us an Uber or Lyft expense. Without them, we'd either be stranded in TX for another few days or have to spend hundreds on a rental car to take home and then drive all the way back from OK when it was fixed. They really saved our bacon. They are quick and curtious. I can't recommend them enough.

They had a vehicle I wanted to purchase for my wife for Christmas. We live out of state. He assured me that I did not need to give a deposit that my word was enough to secure the vehicle. We began the paperwork process and we both took off of work on Monday to travel and finish the deal. The salesman we were dealing with called us less than 24 hours later to say they sold the vehicle. This is a very disappointing situation and not the way a professional business should be ran. I do not recommend using this dealership.

I'd get the work done. They checked my car out thoroughly and said at 35,000 miles my brakes were good & I would not need brakes for a while. They said it would be unethical to sell me a brake job when that wasn't needed. They also looked at my tires and said they were fine. EQ Auto Works are professional, friendly and thorough. My transmission was shifting hard and the truck was becoming less and less reliable. At the time, my 2009 F-150 had close to 290,000 miles on the original transmission, so it wasn't hard to understand why I needed a new one. James was able to get me a quick reasonable quote for a rebuilt transmission from REMAN. I believe they offer a 3 year / 100,000 mile warranty for parts and labor. James was honest about the time it would take to get the part, and gave me a clear timeline for the installation. He completed the job, sticking to the promised timeline, and the cost was exactly as quoted. Unfortunately, through no fault of J&J, there was a problem with the new transmission that presented after the work had been completed. This was no problem for J&J. They worked with Reman to get it replaced and didn't charge me another cent. In addition to excellent service and honesty, James is a friendly guy who is always willing to do a ride along when we have any kind of mechanical issue. He is helpful in pinpointing any areas of concern. He will point you in the right direction if it's something he doesn't personally work on. We hope not to have mechanical failures, but when we do we know we can rely on J&J.

I was trying to fix an electrical issue with my trailer lights when I lost power to my truck as well. I placed a call and spoke with Brandy. She was very pleasant and did ask me if I had checked all of the fuses before connecting me with a mechanic, Larry. They provided me with the hourly rate and trip charge. They are reasonably priced and provided me with an ETA for the mechanics arrival. Once he arrived, he was a very pleasant gentleman that took time to answer my questions and explain what the issue could be. After his troubleshooting, Larry was able to find the issue, correct it, and repair the trailer light issue that I was trying to fix to begin with. I would definitely recommend this company for their service, timeliness, and attention to detail. Hopefully, I won't have too many other issues, but if I do, they will be first on my list to call.

They completed the job and price was half of what others quoted . Job completed on a Thursday, Sunday she came home to visit and stated her brakes was acting weird . I checked the fluid and it was bone dry. Got under the car and noticed the hose the goes into the caliber the screw was loose. Every time she press the brakes it would pour out completely. Called there after hours number and never got a return call until Monday . My daughter took car in Monday and the fixed the issue and completed the job and she was waiting on a ride to pick her car up . Then I finally get a return call telling me to bring car in and let them look at it. I said sir the car is in your shop right now! Phone gets silent....... So I'll let you be the judge if you decide to take your vehicle there! I mean how dangerous could that have been for my daughter if her brakes went out!
