The previous owner had a system installed by a different company that didn't work at all. After getting bids from 4 companies, we chose to go with RC after consulting with others who had systems they put in. Despite the fact that the floor of our basement is lower than the river level, their system has our basement completely dry. Their whole crew was great, from the guy who did the initial consult to the crew that did the work to the secretary who answers the phone by the second ring nearly every time. We originally thought the exterior of the house would have to be dug up and re-tiled, but our problem is fixed with no exterior excavation. My home is a historic structure, so we ran into a roadblock when the historic committee in the area blocked the building permit.
