Once we were installing the floor we found that over half the planks had a crack on the male end of the lock. So basically everyone of those pieces can't be used. It would be one thing if this was explained so I knew I was only going to get to use 30-40% of the flooring but it was the lying that was super shady. Then once I went back and just requested enough to finish my floors they said i needed to pay for the extra flooring. Talk about the worst customer service and the most shady practices possible. Christopher from Centennial Tile Installations helped educate me about some of these things. He knew where using bullnose tile would look good, and discussed with me what color grout to select. He spent a lot of time preparing the outdoor painted surface so that the tiles would stick properly. He also spent a lot of time measuring and double-checking the measurements.
