Horrible horrible horrible. -10 STARS…read more Where do I begin. Well first, I was quoted by Frank to fix my garage sliders for $175. The day of repair, he said he'd be by around noon. Noon came and went, then he showed up around 3:20pm. I then ask him to look at our sliders in the back yard. Afterwards, We agreed he'd fix the one slider that's not a pocket door. He than began on the back slider. He then broke our screen slider and tried to pass it off as if it's been broken for some time. Bologna! It's worked fine for the 5+ years we've lived here, and only started bouncing off the track immediately after he broke it. So even as it's broke, he still hangs the screen slider back as if nothings wrong, packs his gear, and goes to the garage, leaving aluminum residue all over the back patio. I only noticed it after he left the following day, because it's been dark and rainy. My husband then immediately goes to the screen, slides it, and it fell off the track. Plus his assistant kept saying " You broke it, you broke it. " He then was telling me that the wheel was broke on the screen and that's why it kept falling off the track. That was a blatant lie, as I stated, the screen door never ever ever fell off the track until he touched it. We gave them water, ice, offered the pool, anything they needed we said, just ask. This is what we get for being nice right? Now it's getting late in the day, so now he has to come back the next day to do the garage sliders and finish the job. Gee, if he only showed up at noon on time like he was supposed to. Meanwhile, my husband brings the broken screen back in the garage. Then he says to my husband that we don't need it anyway, because my pool area is screened in. Translation, I don't want to deal with it.The next day, Frank repairs the garage door and suddenly, the bill is $425. $200 for the garage sliders and $225 for the back slider. Then he has the Gaul to charge us for the repair to the screen he broke. He also left a big rust stain in our yard Where the residue was left on the patio that we just had redone last summer. (See pic in gallery) So now my husband calls him about the stain, and asks him how $175 turned into $425. ( my husband wasn't here the second day ) We called him about our concerns, and he said to send pictures. We did so, and haven't heard from him since. He has totally ignored us. We have tried contacting him numerous times. We even left a message offering him to give us $125 back for the patio damage and the gross over charge, and we'll call it even. Nope, still didn't call us. However, he immediately cashed that check after the job. The stain is right by our pool on the patio that we spend over $800 on last summer to be repaired and painted. He has no regard for other peoples property, and wants no responsibility when things go wrong. Totally irresponsible and disrespectful to his customers. Plus the business is NOT INSURED. God for bid he's injured on your property. AND guess who's going to be responsible? YOU! It's a pay check to paycheck business. Any disruption to his schedule costs him money. Therefore, if there is damage, he doesn't have the money and the time to fix the problem. No business insurance to cover customer damage. Therefore, this is the result, ignore the customer and hope it goes away. Shame on me for not doing a more thorough back check myself. However, you live and learn right? When someone comes to your house to work, make sure they are insured and clean up after themselves. If you've never used them before, BEWARE! if you have, I hope your experience wasn't or won't be like ours in the future. Big I will never use them again. Shame on you Frank for your shotty Business ethics.

Frank is that kind of contractor he said he was going to be here at 11 he was very professional, courteous and reasonable. Very hard to find that nowadays. I recommend Frank if you need Work done on your sliding glass doors five stars. And if I have any other problems he will be whom I will be calling.
