Keep in mind, a BAR association member is not qualified to evaluate parental fitness. This particular law firm was used to provide an "unbiased" investigative report on the history of two parents. She failed to even watch any previous testimony stated under oath by the parents. She ignored the criminal history of one parent and amplified the criminal history of the other (which had been initiated by the other parent, who even had an aggravated assault charge against this parent).
