First off, the furnace was undersized when we advised that past furnaces needed to be a certain size. Then it needed to be replaced with a larger unit. Several times, Gord, the owner, promised us a 'turn-over package' that would include all manuals and any other pertinent information. We have made multiple requests in person, writing, text with absolutely no response or manuals being provided. We now regret ever using Canuck because if this is their form of customer service after the fact, we would sure not like to get into a service situation with them. We do not recommend using Canuck Plumbing and Heating.

I contacted him and he came out that night, took all kinds of measurments,and made several suggestions. He told that he would email me an estimate, the next day I received an esitmate. We agreed to the estimate and he booked a day to do the tear out and install. Mark and his assistant Josh showed up on time and went to work. They spent the enitire day doing the work. They ran into several snags with the installation, but worked them all out. The work was extrememly professional and well done. Mark is a perfectionist and it shows in his work and in his clean up. Other than seeing a new furnace and water heater, you would never have known he was there. Nothing left behind. The quote I was given was the amount charged regardless of the extra time and parts he used. Mark is extremely knowledgable, professional and very personable He and his assistant work extremely well together. The other great thing about Mark is, that he not once tried to upsell me on anything. I would highly recommend Mark for any heating and air conditioning work without hesitation. Job very will done.
