She is friendly, really listens to her patients, goes out of her way to avoid prescribing medication when any physical, herbal, or other solution is available. Many of my friends, colleagues, and various people I have met are patients of Dr. Spalding's and they all have rave reviews too! I have heard tons of horror stories (not all were actually HORROR stories but you know what I mean, bad/rude/annoying experiences) from people about their doctors, never have I heard one about her; and since I am already a patient I don't have to worry about trying to get on her new patient list- I've heard she's booked solid! But if you are looking for a new family doc for yourself or your family, trust me that she is definitely worth giving a call- and if need be, a wait! Dr. Eaton, another doctor in that office, is also fabulous- if Dr. Spalding's patient roster is indeed full, you would be just as smart to try and get on Dr. Eaton (also a female).

She never hesitates to call back or answer requests promptly. She is also very kind and compassionate, she has a great bedside manner, which is not easy to find. She is very knowledgeable and I would highly recommend her. I have never had to wait long to see her, but she does not rush you out. The office staff is very professional and great at their positions. The front end is well organized which makes the visit flow well.

I had to 1 appt and they claim I canceled another because husbands appt was running late and he had no control. Trying to cancel appts and try to reschedule and somehow this did not meet their requirements. They fired me from the whole practice as I supposedly ruined the doctor patient relationship although I had never met him. I had not had to cancel in an emergency situation in the 3 years I had been treat by a PA. They sent me a bill. Since I was fired, they sent me a letter referring me to the 2 big hospitals in town.

I heard from more than 10 clients and friends, many including various doctors, Dr. Mesko was the best. I had my first knee replacement in January and my second in February. I am esctatic! Though only three weeks out from my second surgery I have been elieviated from the pain I have known for so long. While I have been in therapy I have seen numerous results from different surgeons cosmetically. I have very small scars compared to every other doctors scars. Dr. Mesko is truly an artist. As a typical artist, he is very direct, not a small talker. He has made life changes in my body and I will always be thankful to him and his dedication for improving my quality of life.

She got covid while she was in due to them not taking proper protocol for washing in and out of the rooms. No masks were being worn during this time, letting people in and out of rooms with no masks. Not making people gown up with the virus. The whole place ended up with Covid. People without covid left in the same room as the person with covid. These are our seniors; they need to be taken care of, not left alone to tend to themselves. It is a shame our mom had to get care here! Just now noticing a major rash under her breast from not properly being cleaned or dried. The staff make promises that they can't keep. The staff are rude. There were some that were amazing and helped but the rest of them were rude or wouldn't assist. Mom complained of waiting long times for the call light to be answered and when they did answer they told her not to do that again. That they would be around when they can get it her. They weren't giving meds when they were supposed to, so she was always in pain. Now we don't think she will be around much longer. Another thing, things are dropped on the floor only to be used again. Never wiped off or taken care of. When you talk to administration, they tell you that they are a 5-star place, and they take pride in the place. I have to laugh because this place is not a 5-star place!!!!!!!!!!! HORRIBLE facility. Huge regret sending my father to this facility. Very small and dark rooms…read more Most of the staff were rude to him and my family. The restroom was nasty dirty. Floors never swept. Dirty syringes on his night stand. Long call light responses leaving him to sit in urine. No one would brush his teeth. His roomie was forgotten in the bathroom several times. Witnessed staff belittle several residents. I could go on and on. Do NOT send your loved one to this facility.
