The last time they came at my house was in the winter the tech spent most (about a half hour) of his time trying to sell me on products before he decided to get the furnace running again. My neighbour paid a lot for her furnace and the add ons and the soda ash compartment connection, that they did, failed and they wanted $149 just to show up at the door. They started as customer service orientated and when they got popular, like everything else, greed came first and customer caring second. You can tell by the low rating all caring beyond the money is now secondary.

City Inspector inspector came twice and informs me that the furnace is not running to code. Tried my best to explain it to them and asked them to call the city inspector.
