Rather than return it to Chewy, that pet supplier directed me to donate it and Clatsop County Animal Shelter expressed great appreciation to receive the high quality food. I was tempted to visit the resident dogs and cats however, I was not looking to adopt another animal as we already have a dog and a cat. So, I didn't look at the animals and be tempted to take one or two home! I did note that dogs were being walked outside in the immediate area and I thought that would be a great way to volunteer some of my spare time!

We were concerned because we had alot of sawdust or carpenter ant frass as they call it in the attic. After they inspected the attic and crawlspace we were assured that the carpenter ants were dead and gone after a treatment they actually did in 2022. I highly recommend this company!

Well after the 4 times they just keep making appointments and won't let the renter cancel them so we called to cancel and they say oh we can't cancel unless you let us come one more time. Well when you sign up you have to let them do an automatic withdrawal. So we gave them the credit card number because that can be refuted if need be. Then they call and say that won't work we need your debit card. So we trusted the process. Stupid on our part evidently. We had to go to the bank and cancel the debit card so they cannot take any more money. We will be filing a complaint with the BBB. Just be very careful with this company.

Do better with hiring people who are both good listeners, empathetic and polite when they are told they got it entirely wrong. This person behaved like a robot and actually gave a condescending tone, grin and stomped away like a child. Not professional and a really bad example of your services. Basic customer service was sorely lacking. So opposite from the first technician who came. A training opportunity maybe, but I doubt this person is capable of being retrained.
