The waterproofing materials are coming loose and peeling off at the top. I notified them 2 months ago and they promised to fix all problems but they have not shown up. Every time an appointment day turns out to be a nice day they refuse to come and tell me on the morning that they are supposed to come that they have sent their crew to another job. I paid for this job 4 months ago and since they have my money their attitude seems to be that they really don't care. I will pursue this until the job is done to my satisfaction.....I DO NOT RECOMMEND THEM TO ANYONE
