Since most of the work was close to our house, they were careful not to tear up the ground, using the lightest equipment possible. He gave me a very good price and returned a few days later. The price suddenly doubled, but I thought it was still fair. I foolishly paid him up front. He pressures washed the deck, then stained maybe a quarter of the deck and said his spray gun broke, but he'd be back the next day. This began two months of promises to return, but every time he would not show or text. I have at least 8 different texts where he guaranteed he would be there next day but never showed. Eventually I had to buy more stain and finish the job myself, which was physically difficult. Stay away from this guy and his business. He is a cheat and a liar.
