After many more calls and demanding the truth, he finally admitted why he was avoiding my phone calls by saying that he felt I was "wasting his time" and that I "was not serious about buying anything - everything was too expensive"- for the kind of places he was trying to sell me - they WERE too pricey for run down places. This after 3 months as him as my "AGENT". I had the money, the financing, and everything needed to buy a house, all I needed was a house that I liked. What ever happened to being truthful with your client? It was more that he wasted MY time!!! I dropped him immediately after that and found an excellent, motivated agent from Alain Pinel ( Elizabeth Monley). Within 30 days had signed a contract on a brand new townhouse (worth more than $650,000) that I love. I REPEAT - WHO WASTED WHOSE TIME?
