Seeing them, hearing them, and killing them. I don't want them in my house, by my house, and if I could I would ensure I never saw one. But let's be realistic. There is only so much I can control and the state of my home, and exterior, are what I can claim dominion over. At least if I have the assistance of David M. Parker Exterminator. A house with a backyard butted up to a lot filled with vegetation, two levels and an expansive attic, and a garage all serve as calling cards to our tiny legged friends. That and being in the South, and near a body of water (Savannah River). So immediately upon moving into the house we set up monthly servicing. This is the exterior and all of the interior. And when I say "all", I mean all. They spray every bit of baseboard, every closest space, the entire garage, and are sure no corner is missed. They have consistently started with a friendly greeting and ask if I have any issues. Wasps, gone. I mentioned it once and now they check for nests every month. Ant hills, gone. I have yet to see a roach or any other bug inside. No ants, stink bugs, ladybugs, etc. And this is with our back door continuously being opened due to our three furry family members needing to go in the backyard to pee. Also, they are highly accommodating on scheduling. You can choose almost any date and time frame and they will make it work. I could only wish every business I encounter was as dependable and of quality as Parker Exterminator. I highly, highly recommend them.

The worst customer service ever !! Would never work with…read moreagain Rude, incompetent, we ordered a brand new dishwasher they installed it incorrectly. They did not understand how to even program it. Water was spitting all over the floor and they just kept telling me to go back to the manufacturer and would not come back until I called them again as they wanted to get paid again for something they didn't fix in the first place and went into a loop with argument they were only there a week earlier. I guess they don't stand behind their service at all a week later as they wanted to get paid again to come back for more incompetent service from the manufacturer order I also let Viking know of my experience with Sloan appliance Aiken

My stove was broken and had a warranty through Lowe's. We received service through another vendor…read morefirst that wasn't up to par. We asked for a second opinion from a different vendor and were sent to Sloan Appliance. The tech came out, diagnosed the issue and found it was due to a malfunction with the stove. He was extremely courteous and explained everything in detail. I would absolutely recommend Sloans for any appliance need. I'll absolutely be back for any issue, even outside of a warranty claim.
