The fee was $300 - to move my upright from a first floor house to a second story apartment (up one flight of stairs). The entire move went smoothly. I took my guitar by Portman's, and even though they were busy, they were able to restring it the same day for under $25. I definitely recommend having someone else (who knows what they are doing) restring your Floyd-Rose. Thanks!
