I started out a bit squeamish and not trusting what was in my ground meats. I left there with a new respect for the owners and the satisfaction that you won't find anything in your ground meat except what belongs there- good clean meat cuts, no nasty scraps or fillers, just good meat. I buy most of my pork and chicken there, as well as beef in between, when I run out. Shout out to the owners, who are very knowledgeable, helpful and friendly. I recommend the jerky.
